What makes us different?

Customer Service is the name of the game here. There are a lot of places where you can find a geek that may be able to solve your issues. But can they explain things to you in plain English? Will they actually listen to you?

Here, the customer comes first. We actually return calls, emails and show up on time and if we don't... we'll make it right.

Service Rates:

A service call is $99 and includes the first hour onsite.  Additional hours are billed at $80 p/hr on 15 minute increments.  Remote screen viewing is $20 per 15 minute session.  New customers can take $25 off their first full service call.

Where and When?

We are based in central San Diego and open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9:30 to 2pm (by Appointment ONLY on Saturday).  We service all of San Diego County. For service calls more than 25 miles from downtown San Diego we add a $25 trip charge.  Click here to view the Service Area Map.  Saturday and evening calls are $119 for the first hour onsite.
